Kalamata, Koronaki and Frantoio olives

Tasting notes:
Green tea, eucalyptus, citrus, fresh-cut grass and macadamia. This extra virgin olive oil is herbaceous and clean on the front palate finishing with some white pepper. Generous and smooth mouthfeel is still mild so as to not be over powering.
Olive trees:
At our Langhorne Creek vineyard, we have a wide variety of olive trees planted including Kalamata, Koronaki and Frantoio. Planted in 1998 making them 23 years old.
