Appearance: Clear, bright, lemon.
Nose: Lychee, white peach, apple blossom.
Palate: Fine acid line balances out the sweetness to make the palate refreshing and clean.
Winemaking: Fermented cool and over 16 days under close observation until sweetness is just right.
Maturation: stabilised, fined, filtered and put straight to bottle.
Cellaring: Light and aromatic, drink it young and fresh.
